Bathroom tap is dripping - might need new washer or cartridge. Also shower door is leaking so needs a new seal, and if possible out some sealant around skirting underneath once fixed to avoid any more damage. Picture shows the tap that is dripping (right tap)

I need 2 jobs done in the bathroom. 1) fit a new side panel to the bath and reseal with silicon. 2) change the current shower hose, wrench might be required as the old one is stuck on pretty tight

I just moved into a house but my water is all cold. I do not understand how my boiler works. I need help to get hot water.

Remove old Water tank and turn off the pipes You will need a ladder to do this and tools that can cut through metal
