No materials or tools or concrete provided. We have a pit in our ground floor flat which has a big plastic tank inside. This tank has a pump which pumps up all the water to the upper floor. This tank sits inside the pit and is connected to the waste water from our bathroom. We need to fill the area around the tank with concrete to secure it in place and to secure the new pipes in place. We have recently fixed the pump and the tank and we need to secure the tank safely with concrete. We have a back garden where you can make the concrete. Then it’s a 10metre walk to the downstairs bedroom and the pit is inside a cupboard. We would need you to fill the entire pit with concrete. It’s is a bit smelly in the pit as that’s where the waste water goes from our bathroom so please understand this before accepting the job.

Our bath/shower tap snapped off. It's super old and was about time to replace it. This needs removing and new, shiny one installing. Currently difficult to reach the back of the tap due to white sink unit blocking. Had permission from landlord to remove. Is this workable? possible?
