Toilet is constantly running. Access to the cistern is limited because it's a sealed one and doesn't seem to be a panel anywhere to open. Have to go in through the flush.

An external drainpipe is leaking at the joint, and needs fixing. It’s accessible from our fire escape.

The whole boiler system is broken and leaking. We no longer need the heating system in the children's room but needs to be looked at the water system and the water in the room is still needed.

I have a Bosch washing machine with a suspected leak coming from the sump hose (the black pipe at the bottom of the machine). I need a professional or experienced handyman to: 1. Inspect the hose for damage, cracks, or loose connections. 2. Tighten or replace clamps and seals if necessary. 3. Clean out the hose if it’s clogged. 4. Replace the sump hose if damaged (I’ll cover the cost of parts if replacement is needed). 5. Test the machine to ensure the leak is fixed. The machine is safely accessible, and I’ll turn off the power and water supply before you arrive. Please bring your tools and any materials needed for the job.

WC has a leak we presume at exit of cistern, or from waste pipe/joint of toilet itself. Toilet cistern is in wall behind, not easily accessible (needs WC bowl removing, panel behind removing to expose pipework, then replacing back after repair). Also need a shower fitting replaced (see pic) we have a replacement part of same type. The faceplate is easily removed, then allowing the internal part to be removed and replaced. Qualified, tidy worker with good reputation/rating only!

We have a leak coming from our toilet, it is an enclosed toilet basin so cannot determine whether it's the bowl or the cistern.

There is water leaking from first floor flat , need to find the leak.

Hi! It's a simple thing, really, but both our kitchen and bathroom sink are leaking a little bit. We basically need someone to come and tighten the pipes, check if there is any damage (I don't think there is tho, the pipes are quite new)
