Leak to pipework under kitchen sink requires fixing

Toilet cistern overflowed and it looks like flush valve needs replacing

Bathroom floor – South London Newly renovated bathroom. Floor tiles don’t fall to the drain water ponds and some tiles sit proud. Original builders returned and silicone-sealed the joints. Gaps closed, drainage still wrong. Quote to: • Lift floor tiles in the wet area • Rebuild a proper fall to the drain • Finished tiles flush with the drain, no lippage • Re-tank the wet zone • Retile, grout, and silicone movement joints only • most likely remove/reinstall shower screen

I have - 1 kitchen tap that needs a new washer - Bathroom taps x2 need new washer - I also need someone to advise on whether I could install a dishwasher in the kitchen — checking water & waste pipes & electrical outlet.

My shower hose and head has fallen off my bath tub tap and I need a new one to be installed

I have a small bathroom that needs a new 450mm vanity unit fitted, a towel rail fitted, change of bath taps, change the kitchen sink to a composite one and put up a cooker hood that uses a filter.

The shower is currently too low. It needs to be higher and possible move to another space but I don’t want to damage the tile

The temperature tap in our shower turns anticlockwise but is very stiff when trying to turn clockwise, making it difficult to control the temperature. Middle tap in image.

I need a new dishwasher installed, including new plumbing connections. It is to be installed between the washing machine and the oven in the photo attached. There is also a photo of below the sink for reference to the existing pipe configuration. There is an existing plug socket behind the dishwasher location. Work to be completed in about 2-3 weeks time. Please give me a quote and references/ experience.

I need a toilet fitted and a basin fitted as well also I I need a leak checked

Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Cistern leaks when loo flushed from bolt/or gasket between area of cistern to bowl.

See picture. Think drain is blocked. Had the issue before, sink drains into the bottom of dishwasher. Drains super slowly. Below was the recommendation last time. Think it needs the pipes simplifying to drain better. Details given previously: The following points have been observed and are recommended for further action: For 2 engineers to attend site within normal working hours and; -Cut out a section of kitchen units to expose 40mm pipework further -er eur section of omen plaste are resening the loster and kitchen sink removing mutple 90 - else sepevotor peon, reducing the resisance and improving fow rates, as well a ading extra -Remove all old waste and materials

Not all the manifolds seem to be working. So some rooms are cold.

I need my shower fosset replaced with a one that has a lever to switch from bath to shower. Parts need to be provided by the person doing the task. Thanks!

This is 3 jobs in one apartment 1. I tried to unblock the bathroom sink by removing the metallic tap cover plate and ended up accidentally removing two sealants. One held the plate and the other sealant was on the pipe inside. The way to get to the piping is by removing a large tile. I need someone to reconnect the sink and apply new sealant, in addition to unblocking the sink. This requires removing the large tile and then reaffixing once finished. 2. Furthermore the toilet seat has become loose and fallen off, I need someone to reconnect the sink 3. I require new silicone application in the bathroom

Need some items in bathroom replaced: Bath: mixer taps, over-head rigid shower riser, waste. Install new shower screen Basin: mixer taps and waste replaced to match bath Replace sealant where necessary. All items will be purchased prior to job and anything else needed.

Plumbing - blocked kitchen sink, water drains into the washing machine

Toilet is constantly running. Access to the cistern is limited because it's a sealed one and doesn't seem to be a panel anywhere to open. Have to go in through the flush.

An external drainpipe is leaking at the joint, and needs fixing. It’s accessible from our fire escape.
