We have a leaky toilet, going through overflow pipe and into the bowl. So it's likely that either the fill valve or flush valve is not working.

Machine sounds like its pumping like normal but no water coming from group head or steam wand, suggest its a blockage somewhere before the water is directed to different outputs.
