Mixer tap on bath/shower needs replaced

Need this riser swapped with new one. I have the new parts ready. Just need someone to remove the old one and fix the new one.

It is a fairly clean water drainage pipe but we don't know where the blockage is.

We currently have 1 pipe that the dryer and washing machine use. We would like them split up so there are two separate pipes

I’m having an issue with my toilet’s flushing mechanism. The toilet flushes fine if I manually operate / pull the internal flushing mechanism, but the plastic lever mechanism connected to the button panel is no longer working properly and i think might need to be replaced. The unit is around eight years old, and we have quite hard water in the area, so there is some limescale build-up. I’m not sure whether that may have contributed to the problem.
