Find an experienced local plumber in Muswell Hill

I need a plumber or someone experienced with shower temperature controls/mixer valve settings to fix my shower temperature. A while ago, I had an issue with the hot water not getting hot enough, and a plumber adjusted the shower settings to make the water hotter. It later turned out that the real problem was the boiler, which has since been replaced. However, the shower settings were never put back. As a result, I now only get very warm or very hot water, and I can’t get properly cold water through the shower. I believe this should be a relatively straightforward job for someone who knows how to adjust shower temperature settings / a mixer valve, but I’d like someone with plumbing experience to take a look and fix it properly. Please only get in touch if you have experience with this kind of shower/plumbing adjustment.

When you flush the toilet and the cistern starts to refill, it then continues to overflow and waste water by keeping the toilet running. We can make it stop by blocking an air valve on top of the pump, but this results in water leaking out of the back of the toilet.

The water looks like it’s leaking from the bottom part of the macerator toilet. Need someone who’s experienced with these kinds of toilets. Also need someone who’s available to come early evenings if possible

I have an en-suite bathroom in the attic and the toilet is a saniflo macerator type toilet. When I flush the toilet or even fill up the sink and drain it, the shower backs up! I have tried using de-blocking agents in the sink and shower multiple times and this isn’t working. So the problem is with the toilet system. My shower is leaking and also making a high pitched noise at times, usually when the neighbours in the upstairs flat use their shower. I have recorded the noise on video. A local plumber has been in and said the shower cartridge is scaled up and needs replacing but he was unsure where to find the matching shower valve, and also in the end was unable to remove the shower valve. He advised my only option was to break the tiles and replace the entire shower unit, and charged me for the appointment. I'm looking for someone who will be able to remove and replace the shower cartridge (or find an alternative solution to the leak and noise), and who won't charge me until they have fixed the problem.
