As above. Replacement tap (pictured) will be there. Just the tap, not the drain fitting. There is a corner that has broken off a tile and come loose on the kitchen floor. The loose bit needs to be lifted out, then stuck back with grey silicon that can also be used to fill the joints around it. And just to try to get it back in as flush as possible.
