I am looking for a plumber or multi-skilled trade team to install a brand-new Stuart Turner Monsoon 46413 (Universal Single 3.0 Bar) water pump and add a standard plug socket in my airing cupboard. The pump will boost low-pressure gravity hot water only, balancing it with my high-pressure mains cold. Plumbing Scope: * Install the pump at floor level next to the hot water cylinder using the provided 22mm flexible push-fit isolation hoses. * Install an anti-aeration flange (e.g., Surrey/Essex flange) onto the cylinder for a dedicated, air-free feed. * Connect the boosted hot water output directly to the existing hot water manifold supplying the bathroom. * Drain down, connect, refill, bleed the system, and test the 3.0 bar setup for leaks. Electrical Scope: * The pump comes pre-wired with a 1.5m power cable and needs a standard plug socket. * The airing cupboard already has existing electrics for the immersion heater and heating controls. * Install a single socket nearby, safely spurring from the existing electrical setup. We have a leak from our shower plumber has been part of our home care they say it's the shower needs sealing and tiles checked need a handy man plus we think frame needs sealing.

The bathroom shower is not bringing out hot water consistently. The toilet and shower uses macerator pump to drain water and waste... An electrician had recently visited to check the shower, but he was not 100% sure as to why the hot water is not consistent. Hot water would sometimes come out then becomes cold gradually. The electrician is of the view that it could be issue with the pressure, and that it may need a shower pump. So if you are competent at fixing similar issue, I would appreciate that you make me an offer.
