Bathroom and kitchen taps to be replaced

I need to replace the shower hose. It's leaking and not flowing to the shower head. I have tried replacing it myself but the hose is not coming out. I probably don't have the right tool.

The outside tap is leaking water at the joint. Could this be removed and capped off. The stop cock is at the back of the house outside the gate.
