New property bought. Kitchen floor all wet as there is water leaking from under. Cannot loate where the leak is coming from. We do not have pictures as property under renovation, and not living there.

The water is leaking from the pipe connection under the skin in the kitchen area. This needs to be fixed please.

The toilet needs to be removed so that the pipe connecting it to the wall can be properly sealed — there is a noticeable leak coming from that connection. In addition, the valve inside the flush mechanism is broken, so the entire flush valve will need to be replaced. We are currently unable to use the toilet, so I’m looking for a skilled professional who can attend to the matter as soon as possible.

One of the hot water pipe leaking under the floor in my first floor flat and dripping water under ground floor into my neighbour's flat. I know the leak is my small reception hall underneath the floor but i don't know where is exactly?? And floor is vinyl and top of the plywood. YOUR TASKS ARE: Find the leaking pipe and fixing with or without using leak detector without access to neighbour's ground floor flat. If you removing vinyl and plywood fully or partially then you should put it back bring back nicely. My main concern is fixing leaking pipe and stop water dripping in to ground floor flat. Repairs should be done without accessing ground floor flat. If you working without using leak detector then i will remove all furniture and tables and you ready to work comfortably.

My shower tray keeps filling up with water from the sink , there’s probably a blockage in the kitchen pipe , then after about 15 mins the water drains away. The small plunger isn’t doing the job , perhaps it needs a bigger plunger to unblock it .
