Manage leaking from toilet, bath tub and cold water tap

There is already a cold feed going from the combi boiler outside to near where the shower will be outside (washing machine next to it) I need a hot feed / insulated pipe to go to the location in the photo from the combo boiler Thermostatic bar and taps need to go onto the wall of the grey box in photo (water pipes can run through the box) Also need a waste pipe to drain the water into the waste water pipe running right next to where the shower will be I just want a really rustic outside shower nothing fancy, I have the shower tray to stand on, I also have the shower hose and shower head and wooden post. I will screw the post to the white wall and screw the shower head to the post myself, I have a masonry drill and bolts

Toilet cistern is occasionally filling bowl, and i have come back from a couple of weeks away to find a small leak from the cistern onto the tiles.

The pipes under my kitchen sink are leaking and either might need re-sealing or replacing to make them water tight again

I need someone local for occasional repairs at a house in near the hospital. This is potentially for long term. My existing man is in Exmouth and retiring. A cistern and a toilet seat need looking at. Cistern leaking (again), toilet seat mount broken.

Kranzle k7 122 ts is leaking oil from the bottom of pressure washer and i think it needs all the oil and water seals replacing.

The laminate floor in the bathroom wasn’t sealed properly and the shower door above was leaking ! I could not see this damage when the tenant was in there but to my horror I discovered it when going to replace sealer.

The shower waste trap needs clearing as the water is draining slowly.

1. Fix a leak in a pressure relief valve in a pressurised hot water cylinder. 2. Isolate and cap off an outdoor water supply pipe.
