Big black deal attached to the metal pipping and white pipe on to main unit and loss of loads of water when all jets or on but small leak when just running too on same parts

I'd like the water waste pipes at the back of my house replacing and neatening up. They are old and leaky. It is just the grey ones in the photo. I'm happy to buy the pipes and joints needed in advance.

Outside tap required for ground floor flat, will have to use boiler, as sink isn't on outside wall.

experiencing a BAthroom sink leakage

There is whistling sound coming from the bathroom. From my research, i think it is valve problem from one of the taps. This sound occurs after the shower is used and usually stops after sometime.

just moved in and noticed a leaking combination shower and drinking water tap under the sink. looks a bit of a bodge job with isolator valve and specific part to the tap leaking. we've removed the part and attached just the shower tap to the cold input. tried buying the same tee valve off amazon and it just leaked so going back to having just the shower / spray tap attached for now. need someone sort this mess for us!

Under the bath there’s damp Can you find the source and seal it?

Toilet is in situ needs cistern fitting and a hole cut in tile for waste (the hole in the brick is already done) connect it up to cold water.

I require access to the stop tap in the kitchen (in a wooden casing), so that an electrician can determine whether bonding to the water pipe is needed.

Need a plumber to give me a price to fit a new electric shower if i supply the shower

To install bidet spray in toilet

I need someone to remove an existing toilet seat where the top-fix fittings are broken, and install a new toilet seat. - Standard toilet - Top-fix fittings (access from above) - Old seat needs fully removing - New seat to be fitted securely and aligned properly I will provide the new toilet seat, but please bring your own tools - thanks!

For few days before the water was only leakes slightly, comes on and ofd automatically, but now from yesterday it’s getting worse, it keeps leaking, only stops for few minutes then start again Need to fix it ASAP
