Leak in kitchen ceiling coming from bathroom/toilet - need plumber to come and inspect

Urgent under-sink leak and leaking kitchen tap repair I need a qualified plumber to investigate and repair a leak from my kitchen tap and the plumbing underneath the sink. There appear to be two areas of leakage: - Around the base of the tap: Water is leaking from around the top of the sink tap and running down onto the worktop and floor. - Underneath the sink: There is also a leak below the sink. A flexible hose/pipe and a heavily rusted metal fitting are visibly wet, and the surrounding cupboard wood is starting to swell and warp from the moisture. I'd like someone to identify the source of both leaks and carry out the necessary repairs, including replacing any faulty hoses, seals, connectors or fittings as required. The tap may also need resealing or replacing, depending on the cause. Please bring the necessary plumbing tools and common replacement parts. I'd appreciate an early appointment, as the ongoing leak is causing water damage to the kitchen unit. Please assess the damage and confirm the likely repair and cost before carrying out any additional work.

Leak with no visible source

We have a leak coming from the upstairs shower into the downstairs shower at a Hostel. Most likely coming from how they didn't install the showers correctly. We need help fixing this please.

traditional two-handle mixer with white ceramic lever handles, leaking on the hot side (left). This happened once previously and we used an Allen key to undo the grub screw and take the handle off, put it on in the right spot and take it off again, need to do the same again. Shouldn’t be any parts required. Access to turn off the water is directly under the sink and easily accessed. Should be a small job, open to a plumber or handyman

Tap on our kitchen is leaking, needs fixing

We have evidence of a possible water leak from the bathroom. After longer showers, water is leaking into the adjacent kitchen, and there is a brown water stain on the bathroom wall. There is also mould in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. We need the source of the water ingress investigated urgently, as we’re concerned that moisture may be getting into the building fabric.

We have a flat that needs renovating. One problem is that the old iron pipes are leaking - you can see in the photos that the panels are moldy and the iron pipes have rusted. The nearby walls (the adjoning kitchen wall has brown water stain ; the bathroom panel has peeled off paint). We need this investigated and repaired completely so that the leak no longer occurs, and then have the walls resealed and restored

Leak under kitchen sink! Lose pipe and can’t fit it back on !

I’m looking for a plumber to repair my kitchen sink waste pipe. The existing P-trap/U-bend has come apart and I haven’t been able to refit it correctly. I purchased what I thought was the correct replacement, but it appears the fittings/washers aren’t compatible with my existing pipework. Job required: * Assess the current waste pipe setup. * Supply any correct fittings/washers if needed. * Replace and fit a new P-trap/U-bend. * Ensure all joints are watertight and test for leaks before leaving. The sink is currently unusable as the waste pipe has come apart (see photos).
