Small Toilet leakage coming from the waste pipe underneath the toilet. This happened after the work men fitted the toilet floor. Also there is a leakage from the overflow pipe outside the wall from the cistern it's may be caused by the float valve?

I have a linear shower outlet drain, approx a metre long, located under a built in bench. The upper end, about 1/3 of it, leaks a little into the neighbour's flat below. I've had that section boxed in with rubber-wrapped timber pieces and a lot of silicone, but it's started to leak again so I think the silicone needs renewing. Also, the waste in my bath doesn't close properly, and the toilet seat is loose, so I'd like the plumber to take a look at that too.
