The Sink leaks water - tap was changed and in doing so the fittings have become lose If I keep the bottom of the sink of is fine but when I adjust it then water leaks

noticed a problem in the kitchen. There is a leak coming from the sink, and the water is getting onto the top of the cupboard underneath. I think it may be something as simple as one of the rubber seals having become dry and worn over the years, rather than anything caused by normal use. However, it would be best for a plumber to have a look at it and replace whatever is needed.

We fitted a new Mira Sport Max 9.0kW electrical shower yesterday and all seemed to be okay. Showered this morning and downstairs neighbour noticed a leak coming in to their flat ceiling under our shower. We think we know the problem - fitting from pipe to shower isn’t secure.

Had new washing machine delivered today when connecting they have seen a small leak at the connecting pipe which they say is from the connection not the pipe. Looks like the connector needs replacing and it’s a pushfit type connection
