Leaking kitchen sink waste in a rented flat. The seal on the plughole waste flange has failed - water runs down from the flange as soon as the tap is run. Needs the sink strainer removed, old seal cleaned off, refitted with a new washer and fresh silicone. Please also check and reseal the compression joints on the waste pipe while you are under there, as the leak may not be limited to the flange. There is a waste disposal unit fitted to the other bowl. Note there is a plug socket inside the cupboard so please take care. Tenant is living in the property and will let you in - I am the landlord and based abroad, so timing to be arranged with him directly.

I need an experienced plumber ASAP to repair a continuous water leak under my kitchen sink in Woking. The leak continues even when the tap is turned off, so I suspect it’s a pressurised water supply pipe, fitting, or water filter connection. Water is dripping heavily into the cupboard under the sink. Need plumber for bathroom radiator leaking and boiler pressure to fix.

Kitchen sink seems to be leaking but unsure from where. Bathroom plug is broken (doesn’t push up/down) & requires fixing

We need a bath looking at, I think there is a connection that isnt tight enough, we recently had a bath installed, badly.

I have a leak under my kitchen sink at the U-bend (see attached photo). I suspect there is a blockage/gunk buildup in the pipe causing the leak at the joint. I need someone to clear the blockage and fix the leak, either by resealing or replacing the trap if necessary.

The bathroom tap is leaking but not from where the water would come out from. The water leaks from the handle itself if it’s at a temp that isn’t the coldest (see picture).
