I need an existing leaking bathroom basin mixer tap removed and replaced. I have already purchased a new Ideal Standard Esino basin mixer tap, so the replacement tap will be supplied. The job is to: * Remove the existing leaking basin mixer tap. * Fit and connect the new Ideal Standard Esino mixer tap. * Clean/remove the limescale around the tap mounting area as necessary before fitting the new tap. * Make sure the new tap is securely fitted and correctly aligned. * Reconnect hot and cold water supplies. * Test everything thoroughly and ensure there are no leaks. * Please bring all necessary tools and any small plumbing consumables required for installation. Kitchen sink seems to be leaking but unsure from where. Bathroom plug is broken (doesn’t push up/down) & requires fixing

We need a bath looking at, I think there is a connection that isnt tight enough, we recently had a bath installed, badly.

I have a leak under my kitchen sink at the U-bend (see attached photo). I suspect there is a blockage/gunk buildup in the pipe causing the leak at the joint. I need someone to clear the blockage and fix the leak, either by resealing or replacing the trap if necessary.

The bathroom tap is leaking but not from where the water would come out from. The water leaks from the handle itself if it’s at a temp that isn’t the coldest (see picture).
