FIX A LEAKING SHOWER THAT DRIPS WHEN YOU SHUT IT OFF

We have a suspected water leak/water ingress in our bathroom and need an experienced plumber to investigate and identify the source, and repair it if possible. We live in a leasehold flat and have recently returned from being away for 2 weeks. We noticed: - Damp/discolouration on the bathroom wall immediately beside the toilet - Slight dampness behind the toilet - Water getting underneath the LVT flooring immediately outside the bathroom door - A raised/bubbled area in the LVT next to the wall beside the bath - The bathroom in the flat above is directly above ours The bathroom was not used while we were away, so we're concerned there may be a slow/ongoing leak. We would like someone experienced in bathroom leak detection to: - Identify the source of the water ingress - Check the toilet inlet/waste connections and pipework - Check the bath waste, pipework and surrounding plumbing - Check for water ingress around the bath/silicone - Advise whether the leak could be coming from the flat above - Repair the leak if the source is within our flat - Advise whether any further investigation is required We have photos of the affected areas and can provide these with the task. Please only apply if you have experience diagnosing bathroom leaks and can investigate the source rather than simply resealing/regrouting. Ideally we'd like the leak diagnosed and repaired in one visit where possible. Small amount of water seeping from underneath the front of the toilet base. Please check pan connector/waste seal, cistern-to-pan seal, inlet connections and inspect the pan for cracks before just trying to reseal the base.

- Ground floor toilet is leaking (inside the toilet, into the basin) - please examine and fix mechanism. - Two VitrA basins have large-cover click-clack wastes. The complete clicker inserts pull out, although the spring mechanisms still work. The retaining connection inside each waste appears to have corroded or broken away. Please assess and replace both complete slotted basin wastes, retaining the large chrome mushroom-cover appearance if a compatible replacement is available.

There is a leak from the kitchen sink waste pipe, the part that actually connects to the sink. I think the rubber needs replacing?

I'm looking for an experienced handyman/plumber to inspect and carry out the following maintenance work: 1) Inspect the bathroom extractor fan to ensure it is functioning correctly and venting air outside the apartment. 2) Reseal or replace the bathroom tiles/grout where required to prevent water ingress. 3) Install pipe lagging (insulation) on the boiler room pipework and behind the toilet to help reduce condensation. 4) Repair the leak beneath the toilet (WC) cistern. Please bring any necessary tools and advise if additional materials are required. Experience with bathroom maintenance, plumbing, and damp/condensation issues is preferred.

There is a leak from under the sink we use to wash

I noticed a continuous leak from the toilet cistern. I tried to manage it, but it looks like the internal filling mechanism is faulty and is not shutting off properly, so water keeps running continuously.

I had a quoter come out and check a leak under the bathtub, I need the leak fixed it’s a shower pipe leak also fit the bath panel back a small wall tile and cut and install a floor tile in the bathroom and the door trim

I have an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub. After taking a bath I noticed a water trail/stain appearing on the ceiling directly below the bathroom.
