Porcelanosa/Noken panel with three knobs, see photos. Knobs have become very tight, difficult to turn. Knobs not held in with screws. I think model number is 100140559, The diverter handle has become very stiff and the bath flow control is also quite stiff, although both still work. I suspect the diverter and flow cartridges need servicing or replacement. I have bought new cartridges should they need to be replaced.

Hi, I have a shower tray that was installed directly on the floor, and I suspect it wasn't done correctly. I am experiencing bad smells coming from the drain and I am worried about water leaks underneath. I need someone to inspect the plumbing connection to check if the waste trap is working correctly or if there is a double-trap issue. I also need to verify if the tray was properly sealed with flexible adhesive and if a waterproofing membrane was used underneath. You might need to lift the tray to fix the seals and the drainage. I didn’t know what to put in the price so is obviously negotiable

Move the exiting shower head in to the ceiling with a flush-mounted ceiling shower head (example picture attached) Requires 1. Removing the tile it currently comes out of 2. Remove / or move the light 3. Replace tile 4. Make right ceiling The show tray has a gap whit the wall as the wall is concave. And it has been filled with a large amount of silicon. I want a proper fix to this for example retro-fitting a sealant strip before siliconing Please only respond if you are a plumber. I do not want any handyman services

The shower is not heating properly as it used to be. Apparently it has to do with descaling and checking the filter.

The Tap Factory Vibrance Vanto concealed thermostatic shower. Temperature control is now free-spinning continuously and the shower is stuck on very hot. The temperature control has never worked properly since installation. Two days ago, after many rotations, I managed to get the shower to output cold water, including briefly with the hot supply isolated, but it has since returned to hot and spinning the control now has no effect. Suspect failed/stripped temperature control mechanism or thermostatic cartridge. Looking for diagnosis, repair and recalibration. The original installer mentioned possible hot/cold pressure imbalance, but all the other mixer taps in the flat regulate temperature normally. Maybe we need to check the dynamic hot/cold supply at the shower itself as well as the failed temperature control

Sensor that triggers hot water has gone water only in the shower keeps going cold

We have a mira sport max electric shower (9KW) which appears to have suffered an electrical fault. We’ve had a plumber out to review, who has confirmed there are no plumbing issues, so we would really appreciate some help diagnosing and fixing the problem.

Leak from shower console, were the handle inserts. Can provide clear videos of problem, new console on order but would prefer a professional to fit it.

The current fittings are wall-mounted, as shown in the attached photo. I will provide the new replacement fittings. Shower valve thermostatic cartridge has failed. Unfortunately the retailer can’t source a replacement cartridge so I’ve had to buy the whole shower valve again and it needs to be replaced like for like.

I need to replace my current shower head with a new filtered shower head. Based on an engineer looking at the current shower head, light plumbing work is needed to remove the current shower head so it is possible to install the new one.

We need a shower replaced. The new one is due today (Tuesday 2nd) and the old one will need to be replaced with the new one. The new one is a Cruze Modern Thermostatic shower.
