The tile is fixed with sealant so easily removable to give good access to flush system - see pic. I have quote that jobs will take likely 2 hours and possibly more if a complication arises.

I need to replace my current shower cubicle and the wall tiles around the shower cubicle area. This was only done about 8 months ago but the person did a terrible job and we can see there is a bit of leak on the kitchen ceiling which is right below our bathroom. The hot water tap on my shower has stopped working properly. When I twist the hot water handle, only a very small amount of water comes out. Cold water still works normally. This started recently 2 days ago, no visible leaks. Looking for someone to inspect, repair/replace the tap or internal valve if needed.
