The diverter handle has become extremely stiff and the bath flow control is also very stiff, although both still work. I suspect the diverter and flow cartridges need servicing or replacement. Cartridges need to be checked rather than replacing the whole valve or wall plate.

Hair catcher fell down drain when cleaning it, very surface level but it’s causing water to pool when showering, super inconvenient and annoying!

The existing shower drain has pushed/fallen through and can no longer be securely reattached. We need the old drain removed and a new, modern shower waste/drain system installed properly and securely. The new drain must: * Be physically well supported underneath so it cannot drop or move again. * Connect securely to the existing waste pipe with no leaks. * Have good, unrestricted water flow and be positioned so the shower drains properly. * Be fully sealed/waterproof around the drain. Ideally, we would like to keep the existing tiles if a reliable repair can be achieved. However, if this isn’t possible, we’re happy to discuss replacing the shower floor with one large shower tray, with the glass positioned inside the tray lip so all water naturally drains into it. Please only respond if you have experience with shower drainage/waste replacement and waterproofing. Supply and fit please

Fit a new fixed showerhead

My bath/shower’s hot water has become unreliable, although the hot water supply itself is working well. I think the problem may be limescale affecting the thermostatic mixer cartridge, so I would like it to be removed, inspected and cleaned. I started trying to do this myself but realised I don’t have the experience or tools for the job, so I’m looking for someone to help. The mixer is an Ideal Standard A4054AA Active bath shower mixer, and the thermostatic cartridge is S960134NU, in case that’s helpful. This is a slightly fiddly job that will require experience with thermostatic mixers and a toolkit. I particularly struggled to remove the plastic pin holding the cartridge/unit together, so I’d like someone who is comfortable dismantling and reassembling this type of mixer.

Shower valve thermostatic cartridge has failed. Unfortunately the retailer can’t source a replacement cartridge so I’ve had to buy the whole shower valve again and it needs to be replaced like for like.

I need to replace my current shower head with a new filtered shower head. Based on an engineer looking at the current shower head, light plumbing work is needed to remove the current shower head so it is possible to install the new one.

I need to replace my current shower cubicle and the wall tiles around the shower cubicle area. This was only done about 8 months ago but the person did a terrible job and we can see there is a bit of leak on the kitchen ceiling which is right below our bathroom. This is definirely coming from the shower cubicle replacement we did 8 months ago. So now we are needing to fully replace the current one and also the wall tiles.
