Porcelanosa/Noken panel with three knobs, see photos. Knobs have become very tight, difficult to turn. Knobs not held in with screws. I think model number is 100140559, The diverter handle has become very stiff and the bath flow control is also quite stiff, although both still work. I suspect the diverter and flow cartridges need servicing or replacement. I have bought new cartridges should they need to be replaced.

Hi, I have a shower tray that was installed directly on the floor, and I suspect it wasn't done correctly. I am experiencing bad smells coming from the drain and I am worried about water leaks underneath. I need someone to inspect the plumbing connection to check if the waste trap is working correctly or if there is a double-trap issue. I also need to verify if the tray was properly sealed with flexible adhesive and if a waterproofing membrane was used underneath. You might need to lift the tray to fix the seals and the drainage. I didn’t know what to put in the price so is obviously negotiable

Move the exiting shower head in to the ceiling with a flush-mounted ceiling shower head (example picture attached) Requires 1. Removing the tile it currently comes out of 2. The flash botton of the toilet doesn't work properly, not bouncing back to to original place after being pushed. And the shower handle became harder to close.

The shower is not heating properly as it used to be. Apparently it has to do with descaling and checking the filter.

The shower tray/ something behind has been leaking, not a huge issue whatever it is behind there but the base of the shower tray is wearing away as it’s wet behind there. We don’t want to replace the whole bathroom, the plan is to remove the enclosure and shower tray, assess the leak, fix it at the source and reapply a new shower tray and enclosure. The waste should be moved over to the left of the shower tray for accessibility in future, Kindly advise on how you would address the issue and furthermore if the same shower enclosure could be used. Materials will all be provided. Need this done asap I’ve set a baseline price to get an idea of price and quote. Obviously I’m flexible on this depending on the scope of the works. Note: we have some spare tiles if any are damaged or need replacing during removal of shower try/enclosure

Shower valve thermostatic cartridge has failed. Unfortunately the retailer can’t source a replacement cartridge so I’ve had to buy the whole shower valve again and it needs to be replaced like for like.
