When you switch the hot water in the shower, the shower pump does not kick in it works fine when the cold water is on Salamander Pumps

Shower is not getting hot water but everywhere else is. It's probably a valve issue. Can someone have a look and help fix.

Looking for someone who can install and self-certify a hot water cylinder in our garden room. As this is for secondary use we're looking for around 100 litre tank. Nothing fancy as we're keen to keep costs low due to it being a garden room. The electrician has already set up the fuses and wiring ready to be connected. We are working on the pipework for the bathroom setup over the next couple of weeks so can also build the waste for the hot water cylinder if that is helpful.

Hi, I need an urgent visit from a Gas Safe Registered engineer to fix my Vaillant ecoTEC Plus boiler. ㅤ Currently, we have no hot water. The boiler display is showing a pressure of 2.8 bar, which is in the warning zone. The extractor fan for the bathroom doesn’t seem to be working which’s causing humidity to form in the adjacent bedroom (mould spores under mattress as a result). Need the extractor fan to be functional & to turn off with a timer. I’m not sure exactly where it’s located though. (Flat is currently tenanted- so sadly I can’t be there to assist). Hot water temperature needs to be adjusted in the shower… Tenants are saying that the water is scolding hot.

Experienced plumber needed for unvented/mains-fed hot water cylinder leak (white tall model in airing cupboard). White plastic overflow/vent pipe on outside wall leaking, causing damp patches and moss growth. My bathroom hot water is very low

Hot water tap dripping, and the radiator valve is faulty.

I have a water pump, but the hot water is very low, doesn’t even fill up a bath

The elements are leaking with the water touching the electrics it’s cause the mcb to trip, the spur switch is burn out, ( please see picture ) The 210 litre cylinder will need draining down to replace the elements due to the rust build up this has welded the elements which will prove hard to remove

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.
