The stormwater drain keeps blocking because the metal at the joint (as identified by the red arrow) was not cut correctly.
 The stormwater-piping needs to be pulled apart at the joint by removing the pop-rivets. 
 Then the metal at the joint needs to trimmed back using an angle-grinder. 
 Then the joint needs to be reattached by inserting new pop-rivets. 

I believe it is an easy job for someone with the right equipment eg would take less than 10mins.

Hi. We've had a bird infestation on our double-storey rooftop for a couple of years, and patchwork solutions (gutter cleaning and bird spikes), hasn't fixed this issue permanently. I'm looking to permanently remove these bird nests from our roof asap, and apply roof netting to prevent future bird infestations as well. Two requirements: 1. Remove Bird nests 2. Apply bird prevention such as gutter netting in gutters and around solar panels (purchase netting). I'm open to fair and reasonable quotes. The contractor must be able to use a ladder to the top of our double-storey rooftop. As we're heading back interstate next week, we're also looking for someone who can come in and inspect the premises themselves in the coming days, and ideally create the fix sometime this weekend if possible (happy to pay extra). Guttering repair as brackets have come away from timber

I want to install gutters and downpipes in my enclosed pergola with a color bond roof

On a short length guitar there is an obvious leak at one end. Water has leaked out and has pushed off some render in the underlying rendered wall. Needs to be cleaned, and repaired.

Repair damaged gutters and repointing ridge as it has not been done for 20+ years

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. The gutter end cap is slightly bent and may need straightening or replacement. The downpipe may also need minor realignment. Ladder required. Photos attached
