Basic details - Approx 15yr old 4 bedroom home, low set, grey colour bond roof with 16 solar panels. Can be seen on google maps. Tasks - 1. Roofing screws need to be replaced, roof and solar panels cleaned. 2. Some guttering and collection boxes on down pipes may need to be replaced. 3. 3x colourbond or Perspex panels need to be made and screwed around the edge of the fly over roof to stop water ingress. We are in no rush and are happy to work in with contractors time frame. Someone is home all the time, access is easy for quick site inspection if required.

We have recently completed an extension but this section of the existing gutter wasn't replaced and has now rusted through. Scope of works is to remove and dispose of existing gutter on southern side of the house ~12-15m and replace with new gutters in Colourbond "wallaby". Tie into new gutters and existing stormwater downpipes. Fascia to be inspected and replaced as/if necessary. The house is currently being painted, trestles may be available and already on site, depending on timing.

Due to heavy rains, a corner of our gutter has fallen down - we need some help to repair

The pipe from the gutter to my rainwater tank has fallen off, likely due to rust of the pipe connector on the gutter end of the pipe. Looking for separate quotes for: 1. Bypassing the water tank and reconnect gutter pipe to storm water. 2. Fixing the pipe between the gutter and the water tank (there is quite a bit of lean of the tank away from house, require qualified professional opinion on whether the tank is still safe to use at its current lean angle).
