Currently the kitchen sink has two wall mounted taps. There is a water hammer when cold water tap is closed. The breech/pipework has a crack in it and was repaired previously. The work will have to be warranted for 12 months for the new mixer tap and the work completed. The photos show wall separating the sink and the outside where cold and hot water pipes run.
