My shower, when I turn on the hot water it comes out hot, but as soon as I turn on the cold tap to make the water warm. It feels like it shuts off the hot water only allowing freezing cold water through. Toilet: when I flush the bowl fills up like there is a blockage, when I use my shower, as the water goes down the drain it make gurgling noises in the toilet. I'm happy to buy any parts needed to purchase
