There is a leak coming from the valve pipe of my outdoor electric hot water system (see attached images/video). Water is dripping steadily from what appears to be the temperature & pressure relief (TPR) valve or cold water expansion valve. The unit is a Rheem system installed against a brick wall.

The hot water handle in the shower has stripped, at the moment we have pliers on it so we can still turn the hot water on and off so it needs to be fixed, a new handle should do the trick, I couldn't do it myself without proper spanners to loosen handle that has been cut around a tile, it's just a standard stainless steel handle. I could potentially put up a picture so we can match it - Due date: Flexible

I removed the shower head to clean it and now it won't screw back in properly. It's like something is missing even though I'm certain no parts were lost. It's screwed back in but not properly so water is spraying everywhere from the top. Please only reply if you have experience with this style of shower head. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 5 December 2023
