Dishwasher installation in my old kitchen

I want to replace my kitchen sink tap to a single handle tap. Is this possible? Picture of my current sink attached.

1. Dishwasher Leak – Hose Connection Failed Water is leaking from behind the dishwasher. One of the hose connections at the back of the dishwasher has come loose 2. Washing Machine – Excessive Movement and Drainage Issues The washing machine is unstable during wash and spin cycles which causes the machine to become unbalanced. Garden tap needs to be replaced. Have rounded it and cannot take it off. Pipe would need to be cut and new tap put in. It’s very old tap
