My toilet bowl internal and flush button need replacing (total replacement) as the internal plastic parts are broken into pieces. I just need someone to replace the full outlet valve. I can find and supply the parts from bunnings otherwise I am happy for you to help source the correct ones. Preferably on weekend of after work hours. I have no idea the price so I just put $10 to start. If you have questions please ask away and location is in Langford. Photos are attached. We have 3 toilets in the house and the other 2 have been replaced with the last image kinda valve system.

Replace an old gas cooktop with a new one. Size of new one: 73 cm / 51 cm. Size of old one: 72 cm / 51 cm. Size of hole (cutting): 61 cm, where as size of bottom of new cooktop: 55 cm Easy set, cutting bench is not necessary. Taking away the old one is not essential. Please give two quotes: 1) replace only 2) replace plus taking away the old one.

The tapbhas comes loose on top ofvthe sibk and the locking nut underneath needs to be tightened. Not sure if thres a specialist tiol for this, but i couldn't do it what I have.. Might only take 30 seconds from someone who knows what to do.
