we need to install a mop sink for a commercial kitchen.

The grey hose that takes the water out of the washer needs replacing. I've tried to get to it myself but it's too tricky for me to do. I have the hose to be replaced with, just need someone that knows exactly how to do it. Photos show where the hose needs to be taken out from.
