Hello, we have a few things we need to have looked at. We have a gas instantaneous hot water system. We are getting super hot water at the kitchen which is directly back to back with the system but on the other side of our house in the ensuite the water is barely warm. The toilet cistern is constantly trying to fill and the shower wall taps are leaking. Open to quotes, please message me

Have had the demolition of our main bathroom today and unavoidably a couple of copper pipes to the small bath and sink have been damaged and sprung a small leak. Would like a licensed plumber to attend to cap the connections. A toilet has also been removed and a new one won’t be installed for a while. Would like a sewerage cap so it doesn’t smell out the place. Thanks.

Breech piece of shower tap replacement and retile

Issue -> Attended to property and found that the shower taps were leaking Serviced the taps and re-seated the cold side The hot side had a stainless steal replacement installed Afterwards it was still leaking just as bad The water is passing through the stainless steel insert Need to quote to replace the breech piece. Job to be attended -> To replace the breech would involve chipping off the tiles, exposing the breech then cutting out and replacing with new and retile

I accidentally stepped on the sprinkler in my strata's garden and unintentionally broke it. As shown in the picture, the connecting rod is stuck in the sprinkler. I need a plumber with experience fixing this type of issue. The water pipe is underground, and there is a connecting rod to attach the sprinkler.
