Advise on toilet required to be purchased and if any changes need to be made prior to tiling. Advise if any changes needed for vanity drainage prior to tiling. Return after tiling for shower head and tap install (will supply) Return after tiling for toilet/vanity/laundry sink install (items supplied) Inspect current gas disconnection in other side of house and advise if it can be reconnected. Please note the bathroom sink is blocked. This has happened before and the blockage is only within the sink waste pipe/trap, not the main drain. As pictured, the waste pipe and trap need to be opened, cleaned, cleared, and reassembled.

The previous contractor has advised that residual moisture can take 18–24 months to dry out, but I am concerned because the symptoms disappeared for several months before returning. What I need: Inspect the shower and adjoining wall to determine whether there is ongoing water ingress or simply residual moisture. For peace of mind, I would like to just replace the internal shower pipework, rewaterproof and retile. Additional Information: The shower is tiled. Photos of the affected areas provided. I suspect the issue may involve failed waterproofing behind the tiles and pipework, but I require professional assessment.

Hello, we have a few things we need to have looked at. We have a gas instantaneous hot water system. We are getting super hot water at the kitchen which is directly back to back with the system but on the other side of our house in the ensuite the water is barely warm. I want to install muslim shower in common toilet

Water Corp have tested pressure at our house and said the pressure valve / flow restrictor is the issue. Looks old and may be broken. Needs to be replaced to fix water pressure at property (water to mains not the issue).

Water started to accumulate in sink, some blockage to pipe. No other place in house where water blocks so probably needs water pipe clean up.
