Old toilet bowl and cistern removed as grout failed on bowl. Floor flange appears slightly too high for new bowl. Flange will need to be lowered (or new bowl set on grout to make it slightly higher). Cistern does not need to be fitted. Also two taps need re-seating as new valves nut stopping drip.

I need someone to repair and reattach a metal water meter protection cage at a residential property. The water meter, pipes and concrete are not damaged and there is no water leak. The metal frame has been pushed to one side and the protective cage has come away from the frame because the mounting brackets/clips broke. The sink in my ensuite is working normally, but there’s a leak from the PVC pipework inside the vanity cabinet. The water is starting to damage the inside of the cupboard.
