I need help disconnecting my existing dishwasher and preparing the plumbing for a new one. While doing this, I’d also like to install a separate isolation valve (shut-off valve) for the dishwasher water supply, so that the dishwasher can be turned off independently without shutting off the water to the whole apartment.

Fix water damage in corner

Our old ceramic sink has cracked. We have bought a replacement (https://www.sinkwarehouse.com.au/products/tech-75u-undermount-sink.html). The new sink fits the existing cutout in the bench, we just need someone to remove the old sink and install the new one. Attached photos show old sink with measurements and the existing plumbing below the sink.

I am looking to install one additional sink (next to the existing double-bowl sink shown in the photo). The single sink will be at the same depth and height as the double-bowl sink. I believe the existing drain can be cut straight and reconnected to suit the new setup. I also need plumbing work done for one coffee machine installation. For this, it looks like the drain pipe visible at the hand basin in the second photo will need to be cut and extended, and a water connection will also need to be run to the coffee machine location. I have bought this tap. I want someone to install it. I thought it would be simple. But seems like there is nothing i can do. Its coper tubes down there in the sink. I was expecting simple hose type connections.

Remove a built in bathtab from bathroom, and replace with new bathtub
