​I need a handyman or plumber to fix a leaking hot water tap in my laundry room. The tap hasn't been serviced in over 10 years, and the internal washer has completely worn out. It is currently dripping slightly directly out of the bottom washing machine threaded outlet. ​It is a standard Australian Dual Control / Bypass Laundry Tap set (Deva brand handles, WaterMark approved). The hot tap has two stacked handles inline on the single body—the inner handle controls the washing machine outlet (which is currently leaking), and the outer handle controls the flow to the central sink spout. ​What needs doing: ​Isolate the water and safely remove the stacked handles/spindles on the Hot tap to replace the degraded internal jumper washer (and O-rings if needed). ​While you are here, I would like you to proactively replace the internal washers/O-rings on the Cold tap as well, since it is the same age and I want to prevent it from leaking in the near future.

Have a water hammer issue when hot water is being used. Looking for someone who is experienced that can install the arrester. Note - don't currently have the arrester...
