Hi all, -We need our new toilet to be installed without having to move the position of the old PVC wall pipe. -The new toilet pan output hole is slightly misaligned vertically to the existing wall pipe (new toilet's output is about ~20mm higher than the wall pipe from the ground). -I'm unsure about the best option to align them (using a flexible pipe/some sort of offset pipe/something else). -The existing wall pipe looks like it has a diameter of 100mm but has a ~155mm diameter fitting/extension on it from the old toilet. -The offset from the back wall is perfectly aligned to the new toilet. The new toilet will arrive mid-week on the week starting 3rd Aug. Best date for me to have it installed is Thurs 6th August. I replaced my wall shower mixer a few months ago, but the water pressure has been quite low since then. I’m not sure if the mixer needs to be adjusted or if there is another issue causing the low water pressure.

Hi, I’ve just moved into a new apartment and need a licensed plumber to connect my dishwasher. The dishwasher is already in place – it just needs the water supply and drain hose connected. The waste pipe connection has a plastic cap that needs to be drilled/opened before connecting the drain hose. It looks like it should be a fairly straightforward job and probably only take around 15–20 minutes. My property manager requires the installation to be completed by a licensed professional, and I’ll need an invoice to provide as proof.
