I need to replace old toilet cistern & seat in ensuite. I will supply new cistern and seat (from Bunnings) but don’t have tools. Happy for advice if new cistern I have shown is not suitable. I will also consider if you can source/supply new items but I am looking to keep cost down as selling house.

Water leaking at cap of a water station. Tried to remove it but it’s tightly fitted with Teflon tape. Also we have an irrigation tube bended at a 90 degree and has a tear at the angle.

I have a new fridge arriving in dec 27th which needs a water line, there is a water heater outside behind the fridge so just need a connection run through the back of the wall, no need to go down the cavity. Space behind overhead cupboards to fix tap as well.

See attached photos. The plastic pipe in the wall has leaked, please disconnect it from its point in the roof and leave it in the wall. Install a new copper pipe which can be external to the wall, no need to excavate the wall. This supplies the toilet cistern tank. Obviously I have knocked a hole in the wall to drain the water out and prevent the problem from getting worse. Service the hot water cylinder, it's an i-store heat pump type which is due for a flush and annode replacement. If you can show me how that's done I'll take care of it in the future as I believe that flushing it once a year and checking the Mg annode is meant to be an owners maintenance task. I just haven't done it before. Install the new toilet which we have, its got all its necessary connections and it's replacing an existing toilet. The old toilet can be taken away or left here and I'll put it out with the next junk verge-collection.
