There is an existing old rotten timber fence, approx. 15m long, variable height, sitting on the boundary between two walkways. Both of those walkways belong to back blocks. On one end of that fence, it meets (without physically touching) with a new colorbond fence. One side is slightly lower than the other, which have caused the soil from the higher side to erode and damage the paving there.
