Looking for someone to install the pictured latch/lock on my colour bond fence /gate

This length of low boundary fence dart fence has developed a lean into my neighbours yard over time. Likely caused by overgrown shrubs and trees pushing on it which have now been heavily pruned and removed. Also, the ground is higher on our side compared to the neighbours. I assume this requires digging down along the fence to straighten it up again.
