Its a new build and the builder is having trouble getting a paver and we need to be in the house by the end of this month as we have visitors coming then . This is an urgent job . The pergola has 3 motorised blinds that i just have running separately via extension cables. I would like all of these connected to the same power as the pergola. Our wooden pergola has seen better days and wooden beams need replacing. The four vertical posts are fine but all (except one) horizontal beams need replacement. Requirements are approximately 5x treated pine 90 x 45mm @ 4.6m 14x treated pine 45mm x 35mm @ 3.5m 1x treated pine 140mm x 45mm @ 4.5m Old beams need to be removed and disposed, supply of new materials, new ones fixed into place and whole pergola including existing posts painted in monument colour. Care taken to avoid damage to vines.

I am looking for someone to come out and seal a set of glass sliding doors. They have multiple gaps and is making the room drafty and cold. Doors are aluminum, made by Westrail & I would say approx 30 years old if original. We are located on the coast so there could be slight corrosion. Open to offers if you are experienced.
