Gap between the limestone walls is approx 940mm. Open to offers. Scope of works: - Remove and dispose of existing timber gate and hardware. - Patch and repair the existing fixing holes in the limestone wall where the current gate is attached. - Install a new white pedestrian gate, preference is aluminium. - Install a new white hinge post and hardware. - Install self-closing hinges and latch. installation requirement: The existing gate has been fixed directly into the limestone wall, which is starting to fail. I would prefer the new hinge post to be structurally supported by the existing concrete slab (e.g. bolt-down or concreted into the slab), rather than relying on the limestone wall for support. The latch can remain fixed to the opposite limestone wall if appropriate.
