I’m selling house, the floorboards have some scuffs and marks in main areas, I just want to get kitchen, two hallways and around the dining room table tidied up, no sanding or polishing. Kitchen is 5m x 3m less island, hallway 1 is 8m long, hallway 2 is 5.5m long

2 doors with glass panes, each is approx 2m x65cm in dimension. Strip and paint to match windows on either side. See photos of condition. Also a small strip and repaint of a pergola beam, due to wood sap

Qualified painter required to paint wooden fence in Swanbourne. Paints supplied.

I have a chip in interior door that needs repairing. It might also need a coat of paint to cover the repair. It is in an apartment building

Painting a bedroom (5x5m and 13 foot high walls). Two coats required. Also paint skirtings and door but ceiling not required. Will supply paint.

Inside painting required of laundry, toilet and staircase. Two coats on walls and 1/2 on ceiling. Paint provided ( can potentially provide rollers and brushes also) Toilet holders etc will be removed and patched. Best option for staircase to be discussed (may be able to remove steps) Must be completed by Thursday 17th December

Remove shutters from an internal window between the master bedroom and lounge area. Brick in and plaster.

Need a studio in the garage painted as it used to be an art studio and had paint all over the floor. Selling the house so it needs a paint job over the floor. Job should take no more than two hours.

Must have own paintings equipment, Must ensure area is clean when complete, and Paint supplied.

Need skirting boards for three bedrooms, one rumpus room and potentially a staircase. White painter boards with mitred corners

Paint enough coats to cover flushing in newly renovated home. Walls have been given 3-4 coats already. Walls were then re-flushed in sections over poor flushing work. Flushing work has been sanded, but requires some prep prior to covering with Vivid White (we will supply paint).

Require experienced handyman to use electric sander to sand back 8 of these gyprock plaster repair holes in ceiling (lights were removed and plaster repair used to patch). After sanding will require paint. We have white ceiling paint. Will need to determine if right colour. You will need to supply electric sander and drop sheets. We have brand new carpet so after minimal mess.

Looking for an experienced qualified plasterer to patch 8 holes where down lights have been removed. They have been filled, just require gyprock patching and a paint. We have white ceiling paint. You need to provide materials for plastering and drop sheet to avoid mess. See pics. Small job. Hoping to be done this weekend

The area to paint is quite a small but some areas will be a bit awkward as there are bushes in from of the wall and There is a bit of plastering/patching up needed above the pool.
