A small bedroom approx 4 m X 3m Must be able to complete work work w/e Thursday 7th sept. Max one day work. Will need to supply a basic off white low sheen paint. Not much prep needed as walls white, only requirement is to remove and patch intercom hole (not mandatory) No timber work . Must be very neat as new carpet. No ladder needed as low ceiling. Bedroom has furniture, difficult to get out so will have to use drop sheets and work around!

Painting of front wall to property. One side is street facing and the other backs on to garden. The sealer and undercoat has been done on one side of the wall. A sealer/undercoat and final coat needs to be done by tasked on the street facing wall. Just the final coat is necessary on the inside/garden bed facing side of the wall. Parts of the inner wall are difficult to access due to shrubbery. As the painting has been initiated already, all materials are (roller, brush, paint tray and paint) is ready to go.

Moving out of a house in Claremont. Put up some pictures, now have taken out the nails and puttied the holes. Looks patchy. Needs sprucing up +|- coat of paint on one wall. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 June 2023
