We need the exterior of our 2 storey building painted all black. 2 coats of Dulux weathershield or what you may recommend (open to suggestions). It is a rendered exterior, already previously painted white and beige, no repair work needed, The building is around 40m in length along its 3 sides and approximately 7m high. It has windows and doors and a large roller door so the paint job is around 275m2 for the 2 coats. We can source a cherry picker or scissor lift for you or discuss in quote if you have your own.

Corner walls at front door need patched and smoothed before Monday 21st.

Requiring two sections of a cornice to be touched up due to masking tape pulling off the paint. Two walls to be repainted with a coat or two to cover up a recent touch up job (Paint will need to be supplied and we shall cover the cost for paint). Lastly to put some flashing around a cupboard where laminate flooring was installed (Flashing will need to be supplied and we shall cover the cost of the Flashing). If you are able to quote on cost of materials we can agree on the price including materials and labor, the budget below is for labor only
