Needs sanding back to bare metal/surface, rust converter or inhibiting primer applied, and paint touch-up to match. Possible that a metal fixing point or the frame itself underneath is affected — happy for the tradie to assess extent once on site. Photos attached. Sydney based, flexible on timing.

Trim the bottom of the front door to my apartment by about 8mm so I can lay new flooring. Requires the door to be removed from hinges, trimmed from the bottom, and rehung. This is a timber only fire rated door( has no metal skin)

Pack door up 2mm or so on the bottom hinge for latch to catch. Won’t take long. Plenty of parking on the street.

I just got a portable air conditioning unit and I need it attaching to the external window in my bedroom. I’ll need you to either cut a hole in the glass pane, or knock the pane, out and source & install a piece of plastic(or wood) with a hole for the nozzle in it. Need to fix the sliding door gap underneath

I have one kitchen cupboard door that needs removing and replacing. This will require the removal of the hinges on the outgoing door and adding to the new door.

Screen door not sliding think it needs new runners TV unit just needs adjusting though is fairly heavy

Drill in brick to put bolts that will hang mirror. Need to supply bolts.

Old door needs patching up. Possibly weather taping and sealing. Also, currently using a towel to stop sound/cold air coming through the top window. Need a solution to this too
