I have purchased a safety gate to separate the dogs from the kitchen . I need someone to install it

Need a handy person to fix sliding door, wheel has removed from rail and the door will not move (please see pictures!)

My apartment door needs the bottom of it planed

My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.

Moulding missing and sealing to be redone.

Have purchased door from Bunnings to fit cat flap and install into door frame.

Hang exterior solid core door, new hinges, and fit deadbolt lock. Both door, hinges and lock supplied. Metal frame door (existing).

Install larger dog door on timber door, current is too small

The louvres are not closing properly and need to be realigned so that they shut securely.

Hi need someone capable to replace the spring on the rolling door pls. May also need to change the metal cables as one is bended. Need someone with experience who can look after if anything else is need it.

Replace an old back door & frame with a new one. Transfer locks and knobs to new door. New door and jambs are provided, but the outer frame which needs replacing will be supplied by you please.

Put door back on hinge some bits a little rusty

Top hinge keeps coming loose from door frame and door not shutting so need that fixed.

Our door has sagged on one side and needs what needs to be done to realign it. Right now it’s scraps against the ground mid way through opening it and needs to be lifted when closed for the lock to fit the hole.

These drawers and cupboards need to run and close better. It's finicky work, might need some new hinges and such. Experience in kitchen cabinetry required.

Bathroom stall door has come off its hinges. Needs repairing.

Changed to block out curtains and they are too heavy for the curtain tracks and have fallen down. 1. Tracks are from IKEA were secured to the Gyprock. They need to be drilled into the metal frame and secured. (3 x 1400mm tracks) require securing. There are included IKEA securing devices pictured that lock into the track by turning them 90 degrees. If you have a better securing method, happy to hear your idea. Ceiling is gyprock on a metal frame suspended, see photo of aluminium. 2. Window locks are all loose. May need re drilling and securing with correct screws into the aluminium frame. (4 x window locks). Pictures attached. Any questions please ask.
