Build Indoor Pet Gate – No Drilling (Rental-Friendly) Looking for an experienced carpenter to custom-build an indoor gate for a hallway/opening. It must be secure but rental-friendly – no drilling into walls or door frames. Must suit the space, be sturdy, and safe. I’m open to tension-mounted or freestanding designs. Materials can be discussed.

1. Supply and install replacement powder coated Aluminium glazed hinged Door and frame. Includes lever handle single point lockset with keys, door stop, door reveal set and architraves. Minimum 3 hinges. Includes removal and disposal of existing door and frame, etc. Full Paint of affected areas and patchwork where necessary. New lockset to be completed by a locksmith and raised using SOR code 1406 2. Supply and install single-point lockset complete with cylinder furniture, installed to sliding aluminium glass door. Includes the supply of two (2) compatible keys cut alike to existing. Includes any necessary fixings. Includes removal and disposal of existing lockset and all resultant waste. I require an experienced handy person to remove an outdoor awning. It is currently installed above a window in my driveway and has become too mouldy to use. It measures 3700mm long x 2800mm from the ground. Please see the image included. One side of the garage door has come out of the rail. Need to be fixed. Seems like a relatively easy fix but I don't have the right tools. Looks like you need to open some bolts, here the door back into the rails and then bolt it back. Happy to pay for a 2 hour job. If something extra props up, can pay more.

Following wet weather our door frame has warped substantially, sanding has not worked and it is getting worse. We’d like to understand the root cause and fix it.

The holes on wooden panel of the bathroom vanity do not hold the screws as they disintegrated over time. I will need to get it fixed in the next 10 days. I am okay with using other hinges as long as it’s fixed and I can open the door properly / the door still attaches to the vanity.
