I have some holes in my ceiling and a door that needs replacing.

I’d like a semi permanent vent installed that looks decent on my balcony sliding door so that I can hook the hose from a up a delonghi pinguino 2.6kw portable aircon machine. I’ve seen the window kits, but interested in a semi permanent solution as I will continue to use my balcony door regularly. The internal door dimensions are around 2180mm high and the gap in the slider is around 20mm depth I don’t have any parts.

My bathroom's sliding door has gone off the rail, and gets stuck midway. It is very difficult to open once past the midway point. I would like some assistance with solving this problem.

Taking doors off this fridge and helping me to get the fridge into the lift and apartment. Just need to take the fridge doors off. We will then need a trolley for the fridge as I do not have one. Fridge is just near the lift and the apartment is just near the lift - shouldn’t take long. Approximately 30-45 mins. Please see photo of the fridge. Need someone with experience removing doors off fridges as there could be cords involved and it is relatively modern fridge.

Heavy rain from one direction leads to the window leaking from the top/middle part of the window frame. I believe this is due to poor flashing. The window has dimensions of 138cm x 158cm. Seeking help from someone to repair the flashing around this window. Please note, the window is on the third floor and there is a footpath with pedestrians underneath.

Hello - see pictures. I have moved my PAX wardrobe and it now needs to be bolted to the new apartment walls (8 bolts). I have already built the main frames and all the interior elements e.g draws and rails etc are set up. I have since purchased two glass sliding doors and all related attachments. I need someone to build those doors and attach them once it’s attached to the wall. IMPORTANT This PAX has been moved and its currently not stable until fixed to the wall. I also need to remove a tiny NBN cable cover from the wall behind of the wardrobe. (Can cut with a knife). Would be handy if you came with the 8 bolts to attach to the wall and some smaller ones for the wall brackets (8 x 2). I can also but these or pay you. IMPORTANT I will need someone very skilled with IKEA PAX door installation. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 3 February 2024

To help two men remount 3 sliding doors on their overhead rails. We think it will take about 15 minutes (the amount of time it took to take them down) but we will pay for 2 hours of your time. The doors are heavy so two of us will lift them and the 3rd person will guide them back onto their rails. Two of us took them off. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 9 January 2024
