I’d like to repair my bathroom door handle and towel rail. The bathroom door handle has come off and needs to be reinstalled or replaced if necessary. The towel rail has also come loose and needs to be securely fixed back to the wall.

I have 3 new internal doors including new handles that need to be installed. the new doors are already on site and do not require much (if any) trimming as they were custom orders.

Replace two ceiling fans in kids bedrooms. I will supply the new ceiling fans. They will go in the same spot as the existing fans. They have a light and a remote control. The rooms are being renovated and the new carpet will go down after the ceiling fans are changed.

I have a big heavy round mirror which needs the wire be re-fixed onto the back board, it broke off and then mirror fell on the ground. It will need to be hung on the wall and so a new drill spot and reinforced into the wall because it’s heavy.
