Find an experienced handyman in Hunters Hill

I want to render the lower wall and brick (cream section and brick). About 13-15metres and half a metre high.

I need a reliable handyman to attend my home in Hunters Hill to complete several minor bathroom repairs: 1. Toilet seat: The rear right side of the toilet seat is loose. The seat has been clipped/removed, but the fixing mechanism isn’t obvious and needs to be properly tightened or repaired. 2. Soft-close cabinet hinges: The soft-close function on cabinet doors in the bathroom has stopped working. The hinges need to be inspected, adjusted or repaired/replaced as necessary. 3. Shower regrouting: There are some areas of grout in the shower that need minor repair/regrouting. 4. Vanity silicone: Some of the silicone around the vanity has come away and needs to be removed and replaced neatly. Photos of the toilet seat and hinges are available and can be provided to the Tasker. Please bring appropriate tools and materials and, where possible, complete all repairs during the one visit. 1. Assemble & Install two x 127cm Lucci DC ceiling fans into two bedrooms in an apartment. Ceiling is suspended plasterboard (joists attached to concrete slab). No access other than by cutting hole and putting in a brace and then running power to it and installing an isolation switch. The curtain rod mounting has bent and partially fallen away from the brick wall in one section in the bedroom. The other two areas where the curtain is attached to the wall are bent under the weight of the curtains. I believe the curtains are too heavy for the rod.

Seeking an experienced installer for a complete IKEA VIDGA project in my Hunters Hill apartment. All fittings must be mounted directly into a concrete ceiling. The job is to create two-layer curtain systems at four window locations and a blind at one window location in my Hunters Hill apartment. I am providing all IKEA parts which include 20 single track rails, 10 ceiling brackets, the blind, and 15 pairs of heavy SANELA and DYTÅG curtains with all glider hooks. You must bring all your own professional tools including a powerful hammer drill, correct masonry bits, a spirit level, and a suitable ladder. Your quote must include the cost of supplying all high-quality concrete screws, plugs, and anchors as the standard IKEA hardware is insufficient. All tracks and the blind must be installed perfectly level and all 15 pairs of curtains must be securely hung.
