Water is leaking through two corners of my window. Normal rain not an issue but when spraying the window it is seeping through two of the corners to the inside. It looks like the seal rubber is ineffective but also looks like some of the grout/cement from around the bricks of the windowsill has come loose and needs to be filled. See photos attached

Hi, I need approximately 30sqms of render to be removed from external brick wall. Only the roughcast render to be removed. The smooth render to remain. Must have own tools to remove and I will remove the rubbish and I will disconnect the lamps. Must have done this before. Refer to photos.

This is a permanent fixture so requires drilling into tiles. Need someone who is professional and has done this work before as I cannot have the tiles crack.

I need a reliable handyman to attend my home in Hunters Hill to complete several minor bathroom repairs: 1. Toilet seat: The rear right side of the toilet seat is loose. The seat has been clipped/removed, but the fixing mechanism isn’t obvious and needs to be properly tightened or repaired. 2. Soft-close cabinet hinges: The soft-close function on cabinet doors in the bathroom has stopped working. The hinges need to be inspected, adjusted or repaired/replaced as necessary. 3. Shower regrouting: There are some areas of grout in the shower that need minor repair/regrouting. 4. Vanity silicone: Some of the silicone around the vanity has come away and needs to be removed and replaced neatly. Photos of the toilet seat and hinges are available and can be provided to the Tasker. Please bring appropriate tools and materials and, where possible, complete all repairs during the one visit. I have a few bits and bobs to do in our cafe. Such as - putting up a large fan to the wall, heavy candle wall sconces, change a power point cover (it got knocked off the wall), and a few other little things. It would be nice to have someone I can rely on to help.

We received a used treadmill and require a new belt or align it and new wheels are required
