The hinges on the cupboard door enclosing my washing machine and dryer has broken. Looking for an experienced handyman to inspect and repair or replace the damaged hinge and ensure the door is properly aligned and closes securely. Photos attached. Details: Issue: The top track mechanism of a large sliding door/divider panel has damaged the plaster wall/ceiling at the end stop. Work required: Inspect and repair/re-secure the top sliding door track so the door operates smoothly. Repair and patch the damaged plaster/drywall around the track end. Sand and prep the patched area for painting (let me know if you can also touch up the paint). Tools/Materials: Please bring appropriate tools and fixing hardware.

My house frame has shifted with the weather, and my front door hinges need adjusting so that the door will easily close and lock

There are 4 internal doors that need adjusting so the latch fully recedes. Currently the doors all open but are somewhat difficult to open quietly. Adjust 2 hinges on Kitchen pantry door which have come off.

Need a handyman in to fix the door downstairs leading to the carpark of office space. The issue is with the top door hinge, seems to be bent (and is catching). This was the issue last time. I think this was probably damaged when previous tenants moved out as they most likely forced the door wide open.

Fix hinge and align doors

The lower Blum concealed hinge on my pantry door has become loose on the door side. The hinge cup sits away from the door panel, so the door won't close properly and opens wider than it should. Looking for someone experienced with Blum concealed cabinet hinges. Please bring a compatible Blum replacement hinge if you have one, in case the existing hinge needs replacing. Budget excludes parts. If the Blum hinge needs replacing, I'm happy to pay for the replacement hinge separately.

My shower door hinge is misaligned and doesn’t allow me to open it both inwards and outwards. Currently, the door is slanted towards one end which prevents it from closing fully. I need someone to help fix the shower door hinges for me and ensure the water doesn’t leak out from the sides.

Have a large cabinet door that takes up the whole kitchen area when opened to access the fridge, I’d like for it to be able to be slid back into the cabinet when opened. Painted white wooden door on two hinges. Bottom hinge broke and chipped off some of the door. Need to patch up the door, reattach door back on the hinge with suitable screws, and any paint touch ups needed at the end.
