Hi guys, I need an experienced handyman to help fix a situation left behind by removalists in my apartment laundry. This is for an end-of-lease inspection, so care and a professional standard are required. 1. Extract and Reset Washer-Dryer Combo (Main Task): The removalists tried to pull the washer-dryer combo out but failed, and now the machine is completely wedged and stuck out of its cavity. It is a very tight fit. I need someone who knows how to safely pull the heavy machine completely out without damaging the floor, walls, or the pipes behind it, and then carefully push it back in once the door is fixed. 2. Reattach/repair Cabinet Door Hinges: Because the machine was forced, the cabinet door hinges popped open/separated. A friend has advised that the wood itself is likely not broken, and the hinges just need to be clicked/re-aligned back together. However, to do this, the washing machine must be fully pulled out first to give you enough space to reattach them.

Hi I have an old door to the garage, which has the bottom hinge completely worn through. Top hinge is rusted also. One of the three hinges to a bathroom cabinet door has come loose. The particle board underneath the hinge has degraded and the screw hole is too loose to hold the hinge. I attempted to patch the hole with builders bog but it wasn't strong enough to hold the screw. The cabinet door is heavy, around 8-10kgs, with a mirror on the outside. It's in a fairly tight space.
